Greedy and poorly managed Such a terribly managed apartment. Their poor maintenance caused a huge leak in my apartment and I couldn't get ahold of anybody for hours. I had inches of water covering my floor and I couldn't use my apartment for days, and neither could my downstairs neighbor. They refused to pay for a hotel and insisted I use my apartment insurance to cover the cost (which was several hundred dollars for me to use). Terrible management, poor communication Very poor management. Slow or nonexistent communication from leasing office. They would often forget about set appointments we had with them. Leasing manager was often “unavailable” or “not in today” causing delays in anything we needed to get done. Their online payment portal rarely worked which resulted in extra fees we had to pay every month (credit card fee or cashiers check). Sorry I moved in I moved in with a lengthly list of repairs that should have been done prior to occupancy. They have been good about fixing things promptly, but why wasn't the place checked before I moved in. Why wasn't there a proper walk through. From a broken garbage disposal to no hot water, it took almost two weeks to fix things that should have been done before move in. The apartment was not clean (understatement. Verified Renter Good place overall, very close to everything,shopping malls, grocery, freeway right away, complex does need cleaning maintenance, I have little kids and cleanliness is a must

Verified Renter I've lived at Vista Imperio for over 11 years, and through management and name changes, it has improved every step of the way. They're been especially helpful during all of the challenges we've faced during the COVID pandemic. I would not hesitate to recommend it was a good place to live for singletons, families (and pets!).

Verified Renter Unfortunately during Covid and under this pandemic federal and state guidelines there is not much chance to develop and nurture a community. Everyone is a stranger this the community feels unsafe. How doesn’t feel unsafe when you don’t know your Neighdoor.

Verified Renter Affordable luxury, convenient location near freeways, shopping centers, and various other community services. Lots of amenities including pool with spa, fitness and weight room, trash valet service, and secure parcel lockers for deliveries.

Verified Renter Do not live here. Pretty apartments. But good luck if you need anything fixed. If you need to speak with management. If you need to talk with anyone in the office. You can count on them never answering the phone EVER. Spend your money elsewhere.
