Great, very caring staff. The facility was very clean and tidy. I would recommend to others. My mom was only there a couple months before she passed, which was last [month removed]. I thought [name removed] was great.
Residents well taken care of, facility kept clean, food is excellent quality and great choices on the everyday menu. The facility nurse is skilled at coordinating care between doctors, hospice care etc. She provides complete understandable information to me when I ask questions. The staff is very friendly and treats the residents with kindness and compassion. The Administrator is always available to answer and questions or concerns. I highly recommend prestige community! The staff is beyond amazing. These are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever run across, I can't say enough good things about them. The administrative staff from top-down is also amazing and I highly respect the job that they do. Prestige gets a 100% in my book!
What we like the most about the Prestige Assisted Living community are the staff members. The staff team there are nice and we do really like the apartments and rooms they have for the residents. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
Mom is bedridden, so does not participate in activities. We have limited knowledge of food and dining because of what she will eat. Would probably score higher if she had a more robust appetite and ate in the dining room. We have been quite pleased with the care she is getting at Prestige. Cost to value is relative.
- 5+ because of the staff - 5 My mother in law says it is clean - 5 staff is amazing. Very nice and supportive - 5 my mother in law is happy - 4 meals are good and she is well fed - 4 I don't think she has done much except a few happy hours - 5 we feel that she is safe there and well taken care of.
change is never easy, but Prestige made me and my uncle feel so comfortable! we love the staff.
We thought this community did a great job taking care of our loved one. They were always very conscientious when it came to the level of care our loved one needed, she was always clean and well dressed. She was vegetarian and we always appreciated at meal times there was always a vegetarian options. We do wish there was more activities during the evening.
The overall cleanliness of Prestige is excellent, and the staff members and the specialized care is excellent. They are doing a nice job when it comes to the activities, and it is expensive but we feel fortunate enough to have our loved one here
