Well it's raining outside and in my apartment my window sills and door frame are full of water and the carpet is all wet so when it dries it is going to smell very bad I reported this to manager and the corporate office 4 months ago NO ONE has been over even to look at or fix the problem, if your rent or illegal water bill is past the 5th of the month you will be charged a $50.00 late fee oh and don't let forget the Rent is going up to a different amount for all tenant's but all of the apartment's and all of the townhouses a... read more
I wouldn't recommend Pangea Vistas as a place to live, to my worst enemy. The management team has absolutely no sincere regard to the tenants needs. Only a thirst to collect rent from you, while ignoring important tenant concerns. My vehicle has been towed from my apartment twice, while the permit to park was displayed. After talking to my "property manager " I was told there's NOTHING he could do. I was forced to pay for the return of my vehicle. The maintenance team should all be fired.
