It was a good pie and it doesn't have sweet sauce like most so it was a yes in my opinion. Just basic pizza. No frills. Dough was good, not great and they cooked it and didn't leave it raw like some places or overload it with cheese. It was very well proportioned and cooked very well. Not underdone or overdone. Ordered delivery and the pizzas were delivered hot and yummy. We had both double dough and thin crust. The pizza was great with fresh tasty ingredients. We also had a beef sandwich that was great.

Stopped in today to have lunch with my granddaughter. We had the lunch special and it was great not very busy. I had a meatball sandwich and my granddaughter had Italian sausage good portion, well prepared. My granddaughter really liked the fries.

The baked mostaccioli is awesome. The portions are enough for 2 people. Thick cheese on top is so good. The service is friendly and efficient. You don't have to wait a long time even when you walk in to order. There is a small area to eat inside but it's basically a carry out restaurant. When I want a meal that will provide me with leftovers it's the baked mostaccioli from Vita Bella!

Being from the Southside of Chicago, thought it'd be hard to find good pizza. However, Vita Bella definitely delivers that Southside, pub style pizza.
