I recently tried Vita Bella on a trip to Illinois, the service was very good, on time and friendly. The prices were a bit higher than other pizza places in the area. I tried the double crust option, the crust was rather dense, dry and not holding much flavour. The sauce had a nice tangy/sweetness to it, the ingredients were plenty and fresh, nice amount of cheese as well. Overall pretty good pizza, worth checking out if you ever have a chance.
Pizza has great taste, and crispyness is good. Unfortunately, I called in for a pizza with sausage and jalapeños. Received peppers that are not jalapeños if you do not have jalapeños please let customers know i wouldn't of ordered. Don't disguise other peppers, I've had jalapeños on my pizzas for years and can tell the difference. Will not be returning, for all people that like jalapeños do not waste your time going here.
This place was an absolute dumpster fire! First off my husband placed an order for a 10 INCH pizza for takeout but then decided we'd dine in since our son was hungry and thank God I had my son's food with me. My husband ordered the pizza at 6:49 pm and it wasn't handed to him until 7:54 pm! Then when my husband told the kids who were at the entrance we wanted to dine in they literally told us we could sit at a table to eat but the server wouldn't do anything for us because we ordered takeout! We love our Vita Bella pizza, never had a bad pizza there. Their cinnamon sticks are delicious too. It’s carry out mostly, there is a small eat in area. We prefer to take it and go.
Ordered online, and there was no location for coupon codes. Was supposed to get a small free pizza, but it did not show up at checkout. However, the driver was very polite, and stated if we called, they would credit us.
