Had an emergency with my dog falling down dizzy and asked if dr. Johnson would return my call since it would be difficult for me to lift him and get him to the office. She called me in a timely matter and confirmed and clarified what was going on. The next day they fit me in and she treated my dog for an ear infection. I appreciate her caring and efficiency with this situation.

I have been going to Vital Pet, Kings Crossing since our dog was a puppy. My dog Mitzi have always been treated great. Mitzi is now 14yrs old & in pretty good health for age & I feel it is because of the advice & care Vital Pet Kings Crossing has helped me with her health.

Always very kind and informative.
Took my dog in because he had swallowed a tennis ball. Jenny met me at the door and ran my dog to the back. Doctor Johnson got the ball out and came to talk to me about it. The staff was all very compassionate and reassuring. You know your pet is in amazing hands when you hear the entire back staff cheer when the ball comes out. I cannot express my gratitude adequately.
