Came into the office late in the day yesterday without an appointment and was seen very quickly. Laura and Dr. Hall were fantastic and gentle with my cat and explained his diagnosis very clearly and concisely and laid out a treatment plan with several options. I greatly appreciated their openness, honesty, and opinions. It was by far the best vet experience I've had and would highly recommend this clinic. Thanks, Laura and Dr. Hall!
I took my dog, Sadie (lab/retriever mix) to VitalPet in Stone Oak for a checkup and shots. One of the Veterinarian's on staff, Dr. Therese (not sure of the name) saw Sadie and was very animal friendly and explained her findings clearly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The medicine dosage and administration was explained to my understanding.
I have a Husky who is very picky with his doctors and Koby absolutely loved Dr. Hall and all the staff at this clinic. Everyone was very nice and informative. We will definitely be back.
Dr. Fernandez and his staff saved our new puppies life. We recently got two new puppies (a Shepherd mix which was a shelter save and a Husky from a "breeder"). The Shepherd seem to adapt fine to his new home but the Husky showed no interest in anything. She just slept and when she was awake she would just lay there. We could not get her to eat anything for the first two days. We took her to Dr. Fernandez and he determined that she was severely infested with roundworms. We love Dr. Fernandez and all of his staff! Our three four-legged boys consider them their second family. The service is excellent and their prices are reasonable. Dr. Fernandez is very thorough and caring. If a health situation arises, he will provide you with every option available for treatment and allow for a thorough conversation to take place between he and the owner to understand the situation.
Dr Fernandez and his team are the best of the best. Our 14 year old mini poodle is doing great due to the outstanding care Dr Fernandez and his team provide. I am a hypochondriac pet mom and call the clinic often for advice. They are never too busy to help me. I am especially impressed with Dr Fernandez follow-up on tests. When he says he will call results...he does. My husband, our Kristi and I thank you!���
I have been taking my pets to Dr. Fernandez for 10 years -- would not go anywhere else. The staff is wonderful.
