Wow, just wow, I was so nervous, wasn’t sure if it was a good idea to change where I go for GYN care, but I must say the staff is very pleasant and professional, they answer all your questions if you have any because they explain everything depending on the reason for your visit. I was very comfortable with all my visits so far. Exceptional. I’m so glad they exist! Keep up the great work Viva Eve, we need you 👌🏾
Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve had at any doctor’s office. The attention to detail and care given by the staff is comforting and reassuring. Every Viva Eve staff member I came into contact with on my first visit was friendly and thorough. They listened to and answered all of my questions with the upmost care. The providers bedside manner made me feel comfortable and safe. Overall a great experience and I am glad I finally found a provider I can trust.
This was my first visit to Viva Eve. The staff was extremely friendly, kind and understanding. Dr Shayna was very professional, helpful and patient. The visit was very thorough. Dr Shayna made me feel heard and confident that her and her team will do their best to help me going forward! The insurance / billing information was reviewed at the end of my visit and was very informative. Definitely glad to have found this place and I absolutely will be recommending this location to friends/ family.
I am a new patient at this practice and was extremely pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in the door the staff at the front desk, billing and the doctors were very professional, kind and thorough with my care and questions. The front desk staff was also excellent with their follow up calls before and after my surgery. I am so happy I found this practice!!
This is exactly how healthcare targeted towards women should look like! I am so glad I brought my mother and I here. We've had horrible experiences at other establishments but this one really popped off. Their friendliness, cleanliness, and quick service is very appealing. As soon as you walk in, the front desk explains everything to you thoroughly. If you're a new client, you'll have to sign some papers or fill out a link sent to your mobile number.
