These guys are amazing. My terminal was in a screen that I hadn't recognized and I couldn't get it to open into a working screen. Edgar from Technical Support got on the line with me and walked me through it step by step. He was patient and kind and got me back on track. Without a doubt, Diana Reyes Garcia is one of the best support personnel I have ever talked to. She is so friendly, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. Her coworker named Anna with the PCI compliance team is also wonderful!! VizyPay is very fortunate to have two great employees like these ladies!!
