I have no idea because I wasn't the one who had the contact. I don't know WHY I keep getting these emails!!!!!!!!!
In November 2024 we had a customer use their credit card to pay us for a service. The total was $5,150. Monday when I logged into my bank account, I saw that amount had been taken by VizyPay. When we contacted them this is the answer we received, "the customer called and said your company had agreed to refund them their money". This conversation had never occurred with that customer, and VizyPay had never contacted our office to verify this conversation. Customer service was of no help, supervisors were of no help.
