The booking of the appointment went smoothly. I got an appointment quickly. Doctor was great. Follow up was poor. I was told 4 days for results when I booked the appointment, then it changed to 4-10 days. Fine. Miscommunication can happen - no problem. Doctor very compassionate when giving the cancer diagnosis. Friendly staff, on time and nice surroundings.
The staff was polite. There was little wait time to see the doctor. The waiting area was adequate with the few people that were waiting.
