I felt a breast lump which the first doctor agreed was palpable. Mammogram didn’t show it because it was too high up. Dr. who did ultrasound couldn’t see it so I was sent away with no follow up. I turned to the public system to be told it was an aggressive form of breast cancer. Scans were missing online until I complained. Incompetence on many levels.

I would give 0 stars but I can’t. I made an appointment for noon and I was here at 11:50. To be in advance because I was sure it would be fast as it is a private clinic and I paid 840$ for an X-ray. I didn’t wanted to go to a hospital because it takes too long but hey it’s been 3 hours and I am still waiting for my noon appointment. What a joke of clinic. I see all these positive reviews but the waiting room is full. Either the clinic has 0 idea on management cause if they have X amount of doctors working, do not over book y... read more
Very bad customer service, unprofessional employees. I had a very bad experience over the phone. The Dr. did a very good diagnosis and was very professional
