Our family has been very very very pleased so far with Franklin Park at Round Rock. The staff members are always so open with us and we know everything that is going on. They are very responsive and communicative with our family. There are always plenty of activities going on - they have live musical entertainment and church services which is refreshing. It is a lot of money but for us and the care our loved one is receiving is worth it.
Mom received the most comprehensive and complete care we could have asked for. Throughout a most difficult care requirement - late stage Alzheimer's - the entire staff was attentive, caring, gentle and completely professional. At the same time, there was a constant personal touch that showed they truly care for the family of residents, and the patient's families. I toured this community and it was nice. It's brand new and very clean. Just wasn't quite what we were looking for.
This community was very nice but I just did not get that right feeling that I was looking for for my loved one. The tour was good and I got all the information that I needed
They are very helpful and kind at this community with my loved one. They take an interest in everyone and call everyone by their name. It just makes me feel really comfortable with my loved one being here. They have activities like crafts, bingo, happy hour and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They also have special themed lunches to match with the holidays.
They are going through some changes in management so the activities right now are very limited, however the management has always been quick to resolve any issues or concerns that come up. They are accessible anytime we need them, and the staff members really seem to care about their residents.

We have experienced professionalism and friendliness from the staff. My mother has progressed so much in the last three months it's incredible. Cognitively and physically she's much better, and I attribute that to the attention the folks there give to her. And I appreciate the other healthcare providers they have contacted to help my mother - podiatry, general physician, etc.
We thought the food was great, it was a little bland and could of used some salt but that is normal. They have a lot of variety and its looks really pretty. Pre-pandemic they would have special events where you could bring your outside family for BBQ's. They had everything we were looking for, plenty of activities and through the pandemic they did a terrific job entertaining the residents when they were not getting outside visitors.
