Both staff and residents are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Admin staff- some are available and responsive some not as much. Food - varies from day to day and meal to meal. Lots of activities, always something to do if you choose. Value for cost - a little hard to say as we moved from a more expensive area. I strongly recommend investigating Volante of Eugene before making a choice.

As long as the person is independent, this is a nice place to live. Those with memory issues, specifically, should look elsewhere. They don't have the staff for that type of care. Bright airy rooms with view. Pleasant, welcoming staff. I also wish that housekeeping was more frequent that twice a month.

My wife and I have had the best experience in moving to Volante of Eugene. It has been easy to acclimate to our new surroundings, because the other residents are very welcoming. We are encouraging our former neighbors to join this amazing community. The staff is a class act. Volante of Eugene is nothing short of Great! Staff and residents are all super friendly and welcoming, many introducing themselves in passing. Our chef-led kitchen is great and we have a different menu each day besides the always available items. Many activities are available along with exercise classes and machines to help keep us fit. The staff here is very friendly and helpful! The dining room staff is excellent! The food is very good! Place is modern, clean, decorated nicely! Very nice place and would recommend. Only Disappointment, the rent was raised 10% last year and 7% this year. Had to downsize to studio due to high cost.
It's not a bad place but there are likely places with better value. We picked this community because my loved one had a criminal background from a long time ago and couldn't pass background checks.
Excellent place definitely a good place to go. It was an excellent experience. Look forward to going there myself.
We were in a hurry due to a home fire. Crescent Park was accommodating and ready to help. Great facility that’s clean and welcoming. Very good food service. All staff were welcoming and friendly and it stayed that way. Highly recommended by us.
I am currently a resident at Crescent Park Senior Living and my experience at this facility has been mostly great, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I am not disappointed with anything here and I do recommend Crescent Park Senior Living to others.
