All of the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. You feel very welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. I highly recommend them if your looking to buy or trade and their service department is top notch! Also, you can't beat the free oil changes for life if you buy from there!
Problem with my GMC diesel truck on a road trip. Service staff was very helpful and got us in for service that day where other dealers wouldn’t even let us know when it could be looked at. Seen and repaired in a few hours. Thank you Volume Chevrolet

The service dept went above and beyond our expectations. Candie Stacey was very understanding of our concerns, as we had been dealing with Hutchinson Cadillac in Macon. Bought our 2020 off the showroom floor there. Had nothing but issues for 5 months. Had the car there 4 different times for same issue. Was told they couldn’t fix it because the computer wasn’t telling them anything was wrong. We spoke with the Gm of that location more than once about This issue.
