The five-star rating tells the story. Everything went very smoothly, according to my expectations. My new Service Advisor, Anthony, was attentive to my needs as a customer and was very helpful and informative. My long-term technician, Rich, continued his legacy of providing excellent repair service. The car wash team left my car glistening and gleaming. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! I was quite satisfied when I returned home.

Computer system was down and they were running behind on appointments. Despite the situation, they were very accommodating.
Went in with low tire pressure light on, showing right front driver's side was low. Anthony Vinson was my Service Writer. He quickly found a nail in the tire and sent it down to be patchedplus Mechanic noticed I was due for an oil change . Anthony called me and got that taken care of. Anthony is outstanding and I am relieved to have such a competent Service Writer.
Prompt and efficient service department....have used them for many years and many Volvos and never a bad experience!
