Justin and Johnna at the service desk were exemplary. They were both kind, efficient and went above and beyond to ensure I had a quick ingress and egress with my loaner and with my own car once the service was complete. These two individuals are bonuses to Volvo Greensboro and I hope to continue working with both of them.
They didn't do more than I asked, and they suggest things if they see other needs.

My new Service Advisor, Anthony, was attentive to my needs as a customer and was very helpful and informative. My long-term technician, Rich, continued his legacy of providing excellent repair service. The car wash team left my car glistening and gleaming. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! I was quite satisfied when I returned home.
