Kristin is always good and does a great job having the customer in mind. She does understand long-term relationships are important for repeat sales.

Professional staff that kept me informed as to repair progress and cost.
Great service starting with ease of obtaining an appointment, dropping the car off at dealership, prompt service (same day), reporting on the cars needs and condition, and communication of completion, cost, items taken care of. While I did not wait for the car on this visit, the customer lounge is very open and inviting. Although ownership has changed, many of the service staff are career employees. I have been a customer of this dealership since 1983.
