Everyone was super cooperative in researching and finding a solution to our vehicle's issues. Their communication was great and we are pleased with the results.
Made me a same day appointment to resolve a check engine light. Entire staff, from greeting at the front entrance to service desk and technician were very courteous and professional. Modern facilities with good customer communication thru the use of texting and video.

I could not have been more pleased with the fantastic level of customer service I received at the Greensboro Volvo. Anthony Vinson was outstanding with his level of professionalism, from allowing us to use a loaner car, to his follow-through of taking care of us. We had a recall on my 22-year-old Volvo S-80. That speaks volumes that my S-80 is still doing great and that Volvo would service such an older car. My Service Advisor Justin was very knowledgeable and capable of explaining thoroughly service details of the 70,000 mile servicing. He was very patient and willing always to answer any questions or concerns that I had about the Multipoint Inspection.
