My experience was exceptional. I was treated with kindness, respect as well as attention given to my particular needs--coffee, water, information of interest. The facility is always inviting, the work of the highest quality. I always enjoy sitting in the waiting area for brief services. I get to catch up on readings I had put aside. I also get to relax in an inviting environment. Also the restroom is clean, well lighted, and not located in some remote area. Overall, was a good experience.

Shop foreman did a thorough job of locating the source of a water leak from the roof area. Was a challenging diagnostic but he prevailed and got it right. Bottom line, the service department is determined to make things right.
