August 17th, 2018 I purchased a 2018 Volvo XC 90. We purchased the vehicle with an understanding that it was driven by the General Manager Trey Norcross’ wife, and would be sold as a “used” vehicle in as is condition. Within a week of ownership we noted a crack in the windshield. We brought it in to Safelite where we were informed that they would not be able to fill it, since it had already been filled. Buyer Beware! Don’t let the sales people fool you! Once you purchase your vehicle your relationship is with the service department. Service employees are cordial at best. I have owned my 2017 XC90 for a mere 4 months. The leather has discolored and the sunroof cracked. Derrick in service was unable to feel an impact, but wanted manager Randy to make the warranty determination. We had to return to the dealership because Randy was not in on Saturday. The service department has a really great customer service person, Derek, however I've taken my vehicle to this location 3 times for the same problem that remains unfixed. To add insult to injury, I arrived for my appointment this morning, to find out they didn't have a loaner car or a technician that could look at the DVD system...both issues were discussed during the scheduling of the appointment. This is very frustrating considering I've had this Volvo less than a year but have had more than 4 service visits.
Was supposed to get headlights fixed on a recall, 2 times they said they would call and make appointment , never heard back from then! very rude!
Took them all day to get my car done. When I got it back, they had left my blinkers and lights unhooked. Won't be going back !
