I had an amazing experience at Volvo of Tacoma purchasing my new 2024 Volvo XC60. Michael Moyer is an amazing sales professional. I recommend working with him if you have a chance. He made the process extremely easy providing all the information I needed to make my decision. The finance process just as easy as the sales process. Zena, The Finance Manager, was extremely knowledgeable about the available products and got us in and out very quickly.
I inquired about a used Volvo C30 and was in contact with the dealership manager DC. DC explained to me at great length why he couldn't sell the car to me. He was waiting on title from Florida and could not sell it. Florida is an e title state and it could take a while to get the title. I offered a deposit and was willing to pay over the published price and wait for the title.
