Quality and service is nice. Even though customer representatives looks bit rude, the service quality. Never had drop outs or other issues. Extensions app is very good through wifi or even on 4G.
Very handy for getting the most of my vonage account!

Very nice app for International callers. Recent update is good. They changed look and feel of the app with recent update.
It is great to be able to make calls using WiFi! Definitely worth having. But would even better to be able to receive calls also. In a bad AT&T area, my calls go like this "i have no signal, I'll call you. What? I know you can't hear me, I'll call you. What?", then give up and hang up, so I can call back with Vonage Extensions. ALSO, because contacts have multiple numbers, the app should display actual number being called, not just the name. Add those 2 things, then 5 stars.
Does everything it promises. Only down side is calls cut off without warning after one hour so you have to redial. Quality 90% as good as direct dial at a tiny fraction of the cost.
