I'm stationed overseas, so the Vonage phone and extensions app is wonderful. My family and I can easily keep in touch. But there are a LOT of dropped calls.
Makes it easy to call international calls with dialing the PIN number & the long phone nos . I like it .
Have not had any issues other than one annoyance. After finishing a call it takes me to regular phone. I dial another number now and get a message from my carrier saying I have no international plan. I have to switch to Vonage app and make the call. This is a cool and useful app.
This App works fine. It does use Wifi. I use this app almost every day to make a call to India.
Very handy when traveling
When traveling abroad AT&T wants to charge me a lot of money for Roaming or you have the option to buy an International plan of 30 minutes for $30 dollars. With this app I don't pay anything extra! Yes I need a very good Wifi but you can usually get it at a hotel or most restaurants. If you have an emergency you can always turn on the Roaming so AT&T can charge you whatever they want, but remember "it was an emergency". I just had a 20 minute phone call with my family and the call was perfect.
Great app works perfect both on cellular network as well as home wireless network, with this app I am not tied to my home phone.
If you travel a lot this is the best app to carry. It has saved me a lot of money.
Great app. I can save my cellular daytime minutes and use this app instead. WiFi is so ubicious these days.
