Only vonage knows how to screw up a good app. Keep it up and soon you guys will be looking for a new job.
Each time I try to use the app, it prompts me for a pass code. And each time I have to force quit the app before trying again and hoping it works. I've called and given this feedback to Vonage a couple of times, but all in vain. It's a huge quality problem.
With the recent version upgrade of this app I have seen network connectivity error. The app doesn't successfully connect to the wifi or 4G network. This app is now useless to me. Please fix this bug.
The application quit working a few hours ago (ri. I get network error message each time I try to open it. I reinstalled it and still the same problem. Other apps with network connectivity work perfectly fine. Your app was my way to call my parents abroad and now it's impossible. Please fix it ASAP! Can't really give you even one star for something that does NOT work at all. :-(

This app Needs an urgent update. Is just not working.
This update don't work, heavy network problems.
It does not recognise the extension no. When i called customer service they asked me to reinstall saying there has been a new upgrade. Even after that it did not work. Bidding goodbye to Vonage.
