Customers get mad because we accept texts, but the ones with pictures don't get through. Vonage knows about this and some agents care and others tell me why do I need to send pictures (because it's 2019 and we do this)

I love this app! I use it to operate my insurance business. I love how you can ring the office phone, laptops, cell phones, tablets, all at the same time, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE! I like using the call monitoring add-on. Strongly recommend this. I am able to listen to my employees and agents with this. I can even whisper in to the agent and the other party cannot hear me. All I'm saying is if you own a business with an office, but you're not always in the office, this is THE WAY TO DO IT IN 2020

Great app so far, but please let us add profile pics to users accounts. Instead of the default initials. And SSO options!

Excellent. Keeps me in touch. NOTE: Calls coming through Vonage Business do not ring thru to my vehicle or my Garmin GPS device, only to my cellphone even when it is connected.
