Customers get mad because we accept texts, but the ones with pictures don't get through. Vonage knows about this and some agents care and others tell me why do I need to send pictures (because it's 2019 and we do this)

I love this app! I use it to operate my insurance business. I love how you can ring the office phone, laptops, cell phones, tablets, all at the same time, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE! I like using the call monitoring add-on. Strongly recommend this. I am able to listen to my employees and agents with this. I can even whisper in to the agent and the other party cannot hear me. All I'm saying is if you own a business with an office, but you're not always in the office, this is THE WAY TO DO IT IN 2020
