I was coming in from out of state and they were very helpful in making sure I got what I was looking for and helping me with the leasing and move in process. I'm excited for the amenities to all get finished. It's a beautiful property and a nice place to live!
Verified Renter Vue West IS a victim of the supply chain and work force shortage we are all experiencing. I was homeless and couch surfing for 2-3 months while waiting. I get it. But the location and the building are the best bang -for-buck one could ask for. And the staff is great. Never had any issues and they’ve been nothing but accommodating and quick to respond with a smile and laugh
Verified Renter Vue West has been a great place to live so far. The views are fantastic, and the management and leasing staff has been friendly, easy to work with, and very helpful throughout the move-in process and since we've been here.
Largely unresponsive about maintenance I've had a maintenance issue for six months, and it remains unresolved. What has been done is several holes cut out of the drywall, exposing the negative space of the building. There are two parking gates. One is broken and locked up. The other is broken and locked down. Expensive and lack of safety The elevators break consistently in the apartment as well as there have been many leaks, which flooded apartments. Also there is a lack of security presence. This is the most expensive complex in DTC but lacks the basic essentials to ensure the utmost safety for residents.
