My PCP recommended me to this practice and I was pleasantly surprised at the way the staff and medical personnel treated their patients. The office runs like a well oiled machine, and the physician and nurse were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a mole check and Gardner was great. She was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I had to get more of an area removed by a surgeon. I didn’t meet the doctor prior to the procedure so was a bit nervous. Dr. Andrulonis was amazing. He had such a great personality and explained things very well. We talked about every day things which was a nice distraction. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
From the front office to the doctor, everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. There was nearly no wait time in the waiting room or for the doctor and she was awesome! She explained everything clearly which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend this practice!
I love and appreciate Dr. Froelich and how she has approached treating acne for both of my daughters! I also love the support provided to figure out prescription coverages and costs for what she’s prescribing while we are sitting there in the office with her.
Surgical team provided excellent care throughout the entire process. The procedure was explained thoroughly from start to finish in a respectful and reassuring manner. Aftercare instructions were provided both orally and in written form. Dr. Andrulonis personally phoned me the evening of the procedure to assess my condition and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Excellent overall experience.
