I enjoyed my visit. I was made to feel real comfortable. My only problem was with the front desk explaining the financial aspect of your service. The credit form seemed to be an important part verses my insurance. I would like to use up my insurance before applying for credit. I waned to know the breakdown of my part and the insurances part. I felt kind of "brushed" off. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.
Yes, I feel finally found a dentist I can stick with! My dentist is wonderful! He was very professional, kind, thorough, and provided a pleasant dental experience which is different from what i have experienced at other places. I love the staff in the office too. The TVs help, the latest in dental technology like Cerec is great, and they even provided a blanket when I got a little cold :-)
This was the first time I have been to the dentist where I did not gel the needle numb my mouth. Very responsive to make sure I was comfortable while I was there.

Nice, clean environment with excellent dental assistants however Dr. Nagy could of been a bit more gently when pulling wisdom teeth out. I had to stop him several times due to the fact when I hear I haven't broken a jaw in 18 years but its possible; is not something I'd want to hear when my mouth is being drilled in, and another advise; please inform your patient when the needle of anesthetic is about to go pinching in their gums.
Since becoming a patient a Wackford, I am no longer scared or nervous to see the dentist! Both Dr. Salem and Dr. Nagy are great! They lay out a dental plan that is easy to understand and do everything they can to help you improve your dental health. I hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years before going to Wackford, considering the amount of time, I had quite the list of work that needed to be done. I had a good experience, I like the Doctors & assistants sense of humor....everyone is so nice starting with the front desk to the last person I saw ....the sweet lady that did my mouth impression .....which isn't easy because I'm a gagger...honestly this is the best dentist & staff I've ever been to!
