Excellant staff I called Saturday, all the other dentist in Waco refused me due to coronas outbreak, I explained how much pain I was in, due to a cracked tooth, Monday I had appt at 9 am, they took precautions, checked for fever, they saw me, took care of me and eased my pain, I am sooooooo sorry thankful! The BEST staff ever!!
Excellent Service! Overall I love this office! From the office staff to the hygienist they’re all top notch. Cathy especially is great with my boys & makes dentist trips something to look forward to with her great conversation & cool shades. Today I was having bad tooth pain & they let me in right at closing time on a Friday to make sure I wouldn’t go into the weekend with a abscess.

New Waco resident experience with WFD I had my first-time appointment yesterday (02/04) with Waco Family Dentistry. From the time I walked in the door, until the time I closed the door behind me, I was addressed in a friendly, welcoming manner. The Front Desk staff were great. Great dentists, hygienists, and staff I had my latest appointment at Waco Family Dentistry yesterday, Feb.5, and as always, the staff was delightful, I was seen promptly, and Dr. Little was professional and thorough in taking care of my dental crown preparation. At my previous appointment, I saw Dr. Schwab on an emergency basis, right before we were to leave on a trip, and he was excellent as well. I recommend them highly!
Awesome customer service I had a dental emergency while visiting Waco on vacation. My crown came out on a Friday night while eating dinner and was in a panic since I live in another State. I called your office first thing Sat morning and was given an appt. The staff and Dentist were all so very nice, professional, and caring. I would rate this office the best in Waco!!!! Cannot thank you enough for the service I received.
It was a great experience. I had a wonderful experience. The entire team was very up front with any explanations I needed and along with scheduling the extra time needed to work on my teeth, they took their time without rushing through the appointment. They completely made me feel at home and like family.
