It was awesome, very clean and all employees I talked with were smiling and happy. At first I was a little hesitant because it was right next to the airport. But all the reviews said it was a great place and had great staff. But I didn’t know they would send me pictures of my dogs each day. That was amazing I could see they were happy. Overall I will definitely use them again if I am ever in any area that has wags hotels.
I was so nervous about leaving my adopted senior dog while I went out of town, but I felt so relieved when I found this place. I took a tour and they invited my dog for a brief visit to see how she felt before I booked. While I was away the staff was always available if I wanted to check in on how she was doing. They took excellent care of her and I am thankful for that. They are also conveniently located right next to DIA. I would recommend Wag Hotels.
What a nice, clean and convenient place to drop off your dog if you are in a hurry for your flight. They will take care of your dog 100% , let them play outside and you can view your dog on camera. Also, I love the $5 parking per day. Parking is secure because they are opened 24hrs a day and there is a convenient free shuttle to DIA ( Fox Cars rental) . I totally recommend 👌 their impeccable services : Staff is super friendly. Thank you again guys !!!
Wags is a great location for your pet to stay for the day or for overnight stay! I love that they have different play group settings for dogs to choose from based on comfort level. Webcams to check on your dog throughout their stay and they send pictures of your dog. Charlie loves to play with other dogs and loves getting to spend several hours of play time with the other dogs. So close to the airport and being open 24/7 is great for airline employees!
This is absolutely the best place for your pet to stay while your on vacation. We have used them a few times and the coordination and communication is simple and on point. We built a lot of trust with the staff and have had a lot kindness towards us and our pet. Process is straight forward and easy to understand. Bookings have a lot of great options.
