Willie loved his stay and loved getting to play with friends! And we loved having him there! It’s great having the peace of mind on vacation of getting to check up on him through the webcams, and they are persistent on giving updates! Truly a great team there, we will always bring Willie back!

The website is not exactly what the facility looks like and there was an a disgusting smell throughout the facility.

Our cat Bandit has been with us for 14 years and has been boarded by many different places as we travel extensively. Paradise is by far the best experience we have had so far. The facility, location, and mostly the personnel here are absolutely top notch! The personal care and time spent by the attendants made for a much more enjoyable trip for us knowing that Bandit was being looked after by caring folks who love their pet guests ... Thanks for a perfect experience for us and Bandit and we'll be back.

I took a very scared older puppy in for a week of boarding. He would not socialize with people or other dogs when I dropped him off. When I picked him up a week later he had changed completely and had even been attending the play sessions with the other dogs! I also loved how Paws kept me informed of what was going on by sending me daily e-mails complete with the pictures! I would definitely recommend their services!

We were so happy to get to know Jax - he took a few days to come out of his shell, and my team worked with him daily to help calm his nerves. By his third day, Jax was enjoying playgroup and really blossomed and even made a few friends in playgroup. Thank you so much for letting us love him while you were away- we really hope to get have him again.
