I booked my pet Noel on a short notice and representative at O'Hare location helped me in getting the suite with webcam so we all could watch him all the time. All Staff members are very helpful and have always provided excellent care to Noel since his first stay which started about 18 months ago and P4P O'Hare has become his second home while we are away. With my experience at P4P O'Hare location, I would highly recommend this place for your pets next stay. Looking forward to your new location in NY.

The staff was truly exceptional!! This was my pet's first stay at Paradise 4 Paws and from what I could tell, he had a great experience and was loved by all the staff members! They did a great job of keeping me informed on his progress and if there were any issues or concerns that needed our attention, we were contacted immediately and made fully aware of what was going on. I know my elderly cat is always well taken care off. He's given his meds correctly and he gets lots of loving. When I pick him up, he's usually contentedly snoozing in a cozy spot!

My two dogs have always loved the non-caged environment of Paradise for Paws. The fact that the staff is present 24 hours a day gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend this facility for boarding and daycare.
