Easy drop off and loved the late pickup option. Great communication before and during our fur-baby’s stay. Our pup came home clean and safe and seemed to do well during her stay.

I have now boarded my dog on two separate occasions. I am very happy with everything about this place. I was able to see my dog at play on the webcam and I saw him getting tons of attention because he was a cling-on with the staff. They sent an update and a picture of him during his stay and I love that!

good job. only 2 issues: 1-check in was slow, as two staff members were discussing a job prospect with an potential applicant. 2-- I like the webcam feature, but the resolution is often so bad, I can't pick out my pup.

Regarding the camera, you can always call the resort and we can let you know what playgroup Roscoe is assigned to as well as what camera to look at to better aid you in finding your pup in group. Normally a 5 but they didn’t tell me my pups shots weren’t up to date until two days before the boarding. Luckily I had the info but still panicked when it said they were going to cancel the reservation! Pup was there four days and only got one update.

We boarded our very antisocial cat, Alisa, here, while we went on vacation. If I could give more stars, I would! The people who work here are exceptional, and the place itself is very nice. Our cat hid and hissed the entire time she was there, but they took amazing care of her. They spent the extra time trying to make her more comfortable, and when she still wouldn’t socialize, they still made sure she was well-cared for.
