parking was fantastic, getting us to and from the airport good too. I assume my dog had a good time but I had no report from them regarding his stay. I will use them again however. The webcam showed him in the play room so I do think he had a good time it would have been nice to have gotten an email about his stay, play dates, eating , eliminating....
Outstanding facility, lovely people, our little Daisy was pampered and loved! Next time we’r in Chicago, you can bet we will bring our precious puppy to Paradise 4 paws!

Everyone was friendly and knowlegible. The staff was very nice with our dog as well as others. We are bringing Maximus back again on Friday.

Finally, a place that my dogs and I love. The staff was both friendly and professional. They also offer a complete range of spa services, including grooming and training.

The staff here is fabulous! From walking in to tour the facility to picking up our dog after our trip, the staff were helpful, kind, and loving to us and our dog. During our vacation, the staff called us to check in and were happy to talk to us when we called to check in. We chose a room with a camera so we could see Buddy online from 7am-7pm. Had a great experience. My two dogs look forward to to being there. We had friendly and courteous service from the staff even when our plane was delayed by two hours. (We called called when we found we would be delayed.)
