DOG HIT ON CAMERA: I'd give this place a negative star if it were feasible. We had our rescue puppy boarded here for almost two weeks while we were away for a family wedding. Initially we were encouraged by our tour of the facility and our interaction with the staff and upgraded to view the camera in the playroom. My puppies were only there a couple of days. Since they were in the small suites and couldn’t participate in group play, I wasn’t able to see them via the webcam. They seem to have been taken care of though.

My two dogs came home happy and exhausted. My wife and I watched them play through the webcam which made us very comfortable. Thanks for providing our pups a great day.

Our fur babies are SO HAPPY after they stay there while we are on vacation. We tried another place and they looked like whipped puppies. Pooch Hotel allows them to play with the other boarders and socialize.

When I to Missy to board the man @ the desk was very pleasant & answers my questions as this was the 1st time boarding her there! When I picked her up the next day I also had a very pleasant man to check me out! Found the location very clean! WOULD DEFINITELY board her again here!!!!!

I've been using daycare and long term boarding services at the Pooch Hotel Richardson for over 7 years. My experience with it is that it is clean and efficiently operated with nice rooms for the dogs. Them employees there are professional and really care about the dogs. I have boarded for as long as 7 nights and I use daycare once a week from 9 to 3.
