The Dentist was wonderful but I am drawing a blank on his name. Young with dark hair. I think his name tag was his first name? He pulled my daughters tooth that was just hanging there for last 2 months. She was so happy last night!!! Thank you !!! All the ladies that cleaned their teeth were nice they said in the car on way home. We just had cleanings. See you in 6 months!
I was very happy that David got an appointment today after only calling about the situation yesterday. The staff has always been courteous. Dr. Hicks and Jessica were extremely caring to my son, David. David was worried about the chipped tooth and the possibility of having to pull a baby tooth, but Dr. Hicks and Jessica made him feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Hicks and Jessica are a very good asset to this practice.
I think your office is wonderful! Very clean, big and easy to have children hanging out in waiting area while siblings get teeth cleaned. Lots of toys and magazines. Staff very friendly, and helpful. I recommend your office all the time!

We were given several options, each one was explained clearly and thoroughly. Your new office is efficient, beautiful and soothing. My daughter was happy and relaxed the entire time. My son had to have two extractions and it was his first time having anything other than a regular cleaning. It was as awesome as having two teeth pulled could possibly be. :) The entire office staff worked to make sure we were comfortable with what was about to happen. My son said he had no pain at all. We love Dr. Dave, he's the best!!!
We have been very happy with all of the staff at the Garner office, from the receptionist to the hygenist and the dentists. They make us all feel welcome and my son literally jumps up and down in excitement when he receives his "upcoming appointment" postcard!
