there was no one at the front desk when we arrived, but I signed in and was soon called to the back for the appointment; Haley had 2 teeth taken out and this was our first experience with removal of teeth - she was very nervous but both the dentist and hygenist were supportive of her and kept encouraging her. THANK YOU!
I had an concern regarding some blood in my son's mouth. They saw me quickly and didn't make me feel silly that it was only his 6 year molars coming through. They checked him out thoroughly. Dr. Pretzer and ALL his staff are outstanding. I refer patients to them whenever I can.

We always love going to the Garner office - so friendly and professional. It had been awhile since we had seen Dr. Pretzer, but I felt like he remembered my children as if he had been the one to treat them every time.
