Walker Roofing took us through the whole process from meeting with the insurance adjuster, filing permits and final inspections. We really came to appreciate their project manager and installation crew. They explained what was going to happen and at every step of the way that is exactly what did happen, The site doorman inspected at the end of installation day and then again 2 days later. The project manager inspected about 5 days after that. They were methodical and very conscientious on our project. .
We had a good experience with Walker. I chose them initially because of the attentiveness and clear knowledge about dealing with insurance companies. Their process was clearly explained and communication was clear and timely. We had a small problem at the end of the job, but their repair crew came out within two weeks and we are golden. Great work, great team of folks. Would definitely use them again.
Our reshingle experience with Walker was seamless and they were a pleasure to work with. Andy inspected our roof and provided an estimate in a timely manner. There were no surprises, all work was accomplished exactly as Andy promised. The dumpster and materials were delivered as scheduled and their crew showed up on time ready to work. The crew supervisor introduced himself and told us what to expect. Tear off and reshingle were accomplished in a day and one half.
