We're new to Wall Heating and AC but we had a good experience with our first service. It was easy to set up an appointment and we were updated regularly as to when our technician would arrive. David pointed out several helpful things regarding our system's warrantee and our NEST thermostat. Since this is a new house for us, we appreciate him taking the time to answer several questions as we learn our new home and its heating and AC systems. Very satisfied.

David performed our semi-annual system checkup yesterday. He is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and courteous. David always arrives on time and performs a very thorough inspection of our system. We wished that we had found Wall Heating & Air Conditioning a long time ago.
