I’ve had such a great experience living at the Wall Street Tower. The staff is always friendly, personable, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The community is well-maintained, and I always feel safe and comfortable here. The location is perfect and perks like shopping, restaurants, or parks is just a short walk distance away. We are a retired couple and moved to Wall Street Tower on the experience of several other couples and friends who have lived here. The location is perfect with easy access to downtown, shops, restaurants, and highways. The apartments are beautiful and quiet with great amenities. Parking is easy and convenient. We have found the maintenance, concierge front desk, and office management staffs friendly, and attentive. They are very responsive and help with any questions and maintenance requests. The apartment has been great. It has a beautiful view, an amazing location, and is very reasonably priced in my opinion. The kitchen is amazing, the garage is awesome to have, and the walls and ceilings are extremely thick, so its always nice and peaceful in the apartment. Any time ive put in a maintenance request, its been completed same day. It does have some quirks, but so does every place, and the pros absolutely outweigh the cons here. The staff, I feel, does a great job.
Do not trust the management team here, and was just able to successfully dispute credit changes against them. Recommend to avoid this place at all cost and don’t trust a word they say. If ypu notice all of thier responses to complaints is “we will try to do better” and not real solutions, this doesn’t change in person. Go to one of the newer apartments that is across the street, by Market basket, or of many other places in town.
I moved into Wall Street Tower March of 2022 with a 500.00 deposit. I never got to see the apartment prior to renting as they had tenants living there. There must of been a rush on flipping this apartment for me. As the paint job was a mess. The renter before me must of painted the walls blue as I could see through the awful brown paint they used to cover this up. The paint was so thin that my bathrob witch was hanging on the back of my bedroom door wore out the paint from just swinging back and forth over the two years I s... read more
