First I'd like to say I live at Hyde park West in Mt. Orab. When I first moved in it wasn't that bad. After a year or so we now have new management. Since this time every thing has been a mess. Doing any type of paper work takes months, maintenance is a joke, management is not truthful. I personally tried to get someone put on my lease last May 2020, in August 2020 the person I was trying to get on the lease and myself received a call from management saying they were approved.
