Highland was our original store founded in 1954, on the values common back in the day. We still see these values today but not as much any more. Wally’s carpet has great customer service. Tom, the sales rep really efficient and can answer all your questions. The installers were really good nice clean work work ethic did not leave no trash behind.
Update: When Wally's Carpet & Tile say they are committed to customer satisfaction, they are telling the truth! My LVP floors were originally installed Nov. 2022, and while I was happy with the purchase and installation, I began to notice there were some problems with the materials that were installed. After 3.5 years in our new house we finally had the floors done and they came out great! The installers were very thorough, extremely clean and friendly. With so many awesome options, staff was kind and patient enough to let us take several samples home so we could compare and make the right choice. We will definitely work with them again for some upcoming projects.
I had my fireplace retiled by Wally's Carpet & Tile. The fireplace turned out great. It was great working with them. Kevin was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The guy who did the fireplace (I think his name was Jessie) was a very nice guy. He kept me informed all day long, and always asked me how I wanted certain things done. I could tell from the moment he started working that he is a professional and knows what he is doing. I definitely would recommend Wally's.
Wallys Carpet and Tile in Yucaipa were awesome and the best price! Tom gave us a much better price than our other 2 estimates. The installers Omar and Edgar did a beautiful job of laying the laminate. We have 2 rock fireplaces and they cut it out perfect. They even drove up to big bear after a heavy snow storm 2 days to work on our floors. Great Place!!!
