Lived here for over a year. Only issue I have had is a minor issue with appliances.
During my two-year tenure at Island Villas, I have thoroughly appreciated my residency. The staff, particularly ****, has been notably affable and accommodating, displaying a commendable level of understanding when communication is initiated. While my experience has been largely positive, there have been sporadic instances of neighborly noise and recent pest concerns. I have lived at *************** for a year now and they have always been so nice and polite. Any problems have been solved in a timely manner. My daughter and I enjoy living here.
I live at island Villa Apts. It needs work, as all apartments do but the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I feel the issues I have with appliances and the apartment, the staff has been decently on top of getting them corrected.
I've lived at island village for 2 years and dont plan on leaving anytime ************ staff ** really nice and rhere with an open ear about any ideas or concerns you have. They have helped me out in more ways i can list and they truly care about their residents, there's been multiple owners of this complex and they have done more to improve the complex out of everyone and actually replacing things not jusy patch jobs
No problems with the community I live in, maintenance is always available when needed.
Property is very well maintained and the staff has been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. No issues with noise and neighbors are friendly too.
I think this apartment complex is amazing! I have lived here for a over a year now. Its very quite and peaceful. They do a good job of keeping the complex clean and nice! The staff members are also very nice and always helpful and polite.
