First off let me start by saying Waquar is by far the most hardworking knowledgeable Loan Officer I have ever worked with in my 5 years of working in Real Estate. He saved a transaction I had with another lender who could not do the loan due to Buyer's mistake. Waquar brought the transaction back to life and even got my buyer's parents approved to buy. I am HAPPY to say I am currently working with Waquar on a pending offer with Buyer's Parents and I look forward to another closing with Waquar.
