Outstanding staff the name plate that o purchase was silver in color the name was the same in color and hard to read the letter needed to be dark in color.

We went to upgrade my engagement solitaire diamond. Lindsey listened very carefully to our description of what we were thinking about and helped us select a loose diamond and a new band that were exactly what we were looking for! No pressure and no trying to get us to buy something bigger or more costly than we could afford. She was a pleasure to work with and we were very satisfied, both with the ring itself and with our shopping experience.
Just a great time as usual. I have shipped at Ware Jewelry since early '60's. Always a wonderful experience. Bought our wedding rings there in 1969. Cannot think of a better place of it's kind to ship even though I left Auburn in 1967.
Installed a new watch battery. Easy to drop off at Tigertown for them to send downtown to watch-shop and back for my pickup. $15 charge is a little more than most. Always pleasant staff.
