I wish I had never stepped foot in this store. Very poor quality installation of my carpet. There were extra seams in my hallway which were not supposed to be there. The installer said whoever ordered the carpet didn't order enough, so they had to piece it. Problems with the tack strips (nails sticking up), carpet coming up, and a 6 inch hole in the padding underneath which shows through - it looked like a huge indentation in my carpet. Not only a very good place to buy carpet, but the installers, Eddie and Duane, did an excellent job on installation and clean-up all while answering my questions
