I had a Groupon to try this place out. Staff showed up 10 minutes late to open the business at 930 in the morning. The staff members who opened wasn't very welcoming. I needed glasses, no one came to assist me until I spent about 45 minutes searching thru frames and finally found a pair of glasses that I liked; then had to find someone to help me to assist in lenses and payment. The Optometrist...

After arriving slightly early to my appt, I had to sit and wait for the doctor to be ready for 20 min after my appt time. This is a pattern with this business. The patient's time is not viewed as valuable. Once the appt was complete, the staff did not offer to help me with glasses or with ordering contacts, and they neglected to apply my insurance to my appt, so now I am having to go back, and...

Fortunately I do not wear glasses! I went there to purchase a pair for my mom who was visiting from overseas. Thinking that a social living coupon that I paid $40 for, and in return discounted a $110 toward glasses and frame would be a good deal. Dr Noriega was probably the most thoroughly doctor I ever met, which made me very comfortable knowing that my mom will get the right glasses for her...
