Great customer service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Units are clean and the general area is well kept. Bonus for me is that they offer you to use their moving truck for free if it’s under 40miles. A lot of value with this storage company. I feel like my belongings are safe and in good hands.
I used this storage facility for 10 years and I just recently closed my unit because I got a bigger house with room for storage. I would completely recommend the storage facility-- it's very secure and is monitored all the time. The service is friendly--anytime you need anything they will help you. And unlike other storage places that are not protected this is completely safe! If you need storage this is the place to go. Prices are very reasonable too!
The staff member was attentive and put in the effort to ensure that my inquiries were answered and that all the specifics of being a unit holder were explained thoroughly . I was informed about possible introductory rates and specials without asking (always a bonus to have this happen).
