Absolutely horrible customer service. They spoke to us like we were idiots, and as previous comments mentioned, everything is wrong with our truck other than the injectors that WARREN DIESEL puts their stamp of approval on. What used to be a reputable company with quality parts is now becoming a fly by night company. No accountability, customer was very rude as well. I’ve done business with Warren diesel for several years and I have to say it’s been a nightmare every step of the way. I originally purchased premium 190:30 injectors and had issues that they blamed on water in the fuel and after explaining my truck had a complete new fuel system they decided to warranty the injectors well it wasn’t too long before they were back out of the truck for more issues this time they made me pay per injector to have them repaired and upon getting them back I had issues with internal springs breakin... read more
Super fast customer service and super helpful. Answered all of my questions and handled getting the order taken care of all over the phone, and the injector got shipped to us very quickly. Now we are able to get our customer's truck back on the road before the weekend. Looking forward to working with these folks on the next customer build!!
Best injectors in the business, Jesse knows what he’s doing with the 6.0.. Great customer service and very helpful and friendly staff! We use their injectors in our shop and have had very little to no issues with them, and if there’s ever an issue they stand behind their work and make it right. I run their injectors in my personal truck and I have had zero issues. We get along very well with everyone at WDI. It’s always a pleasure to go to the shop and talk 6.0s with Jesse! I noticed my Duramax having transmission issues. I brought it into Warren diesel they were very knowledgeable about what was going on they gave me an upgrade Suncoast transmission stage 1 they warranty their work as long as the parts are warrantied. I had a slight issue after I got it back they took it right into the shop and fixed it ASAP. I highly recommend the shop weither your Diesel's having problems and needs fixed, or you're looking to get upgrades to your diesel.
