I Emailed and asked if you would consider taking a mesh case that went horribly wrong requiring A removal of 1 of my meshes .I had 2 placed in on the same dayby a local Dr. Never got a text or call. Just needed an answer.

Fell off 12 foot ladder at work onto concrete floor landing on right shoulder and flat lining face first. Back was hurt, shoulder had to have surgery and continuous headaches. Warren Griffin told me my settlement would be a little over 1000.00. I will have headaches for the rest of my life and still going to Dr for this. The person over my case was no good.
